flamenco teacher will take you through the following during the 90 minute
class: 1. Warm up, hand movements and basic body posture 2. Arm movements
3. Clapping – rhythm and form
4. Footwork and tapping
5. Foot and arm coordination with basic steps
6. Choreography
7. Stretch and relax. |

Your
Henorita guide will pick you up from your central Madrid accommodation,
and take you to the dance studio. There you will have your 90 minute
dance class with your own flamenco teacher - she will teach you at a
speed that suits your particular group. You will then be escorted back
to your accommodation after the class has finished. |
